Warped Wall:

  • Participants will learn techniques for approaching and conquering the warped wall.
  • Emphasis on proper foot placement, speed, and momentum to successfully scale the wall.
  • Individualized feedback and practice sessions to enhance climbing efficiency.

Spider Wall:

  • Instruction on navigating the spider wall using strength and body control.
  • Techniques for transitioning smoothly between transitions and avoiding slips.
  • Practice drills to improve agility and spatial awareness on the spider wall.

Laches:

  • Lache training to develop the ability to swing between obstacles.
  • Focus on grip strength, timing, and coordination during lache movements.
  • Progressions from basic swings to advanced lache techniques.

Salmon Ladder:

  • Comprehensive guidance on mastering the salmon ladder.
  • Instruction on proper pull-up technique and explosive upward movements.
  • Skill progression from basic rungs to higher levels of the salmon ladder.
