Audition Form for 2022-2023 Competition Team

  Please complete the following form & return to 

Captivating Dance by Nona by June 1, 2022, 

  along with your $50.00 Audition Fee - receipt from SNAP account. 

AUDITION INFORMATION:

Location: 27252 Katy Fwy, Suite 500, Katy, Texas 77494 

 When: Auditions will be held on Saturday, June 11th 10:30am-5:30pm

Audition times will be emailed.

What to wear: Wear all black, bring all dance shoes and hair should be pulled back away from face.

Results:  Will be emailed to you no later than June 20th.  You have until June 30th to accept or decline. 

***AUDITIONS MAY LAST LONGER OR EXTENDED TO ANOTHER DATE   BASED ON NUMBER OF STUDENTS AUDITIONING.***

Audition packets must be received by June 1, 2022 to secure your spot for auditions.
