Girl's in-house competitive

The Nova Program is the next step after the girls recreational program.  It begins with Novas where we work level 2 USAG gymnastics skills and routines. As the gymnasts advance through the levels they will work level 3 (Supernovas) and level 4 & 5 (Comets).  Supercomets is the highest level of the Nova Program. In this level we challenge the gymnasts with an even greater skill set.  Novas and Supernovas come two days per week for an hour and ten minutes. Comets and Supercomets practice two days per week for two hours and twenty minutes per day.  The Nova Program competes at in house competitions only.
