No pre-requisites required. 2nd Grade & Up
CAPA teaches Classical French style ballet. Each class will learn proper ballet technique along with balance, coordination, flexibility and terminology. The class is broken down by barre, warm up, centre work and across the floor. This style is useful to help any dancer with all other forms of dance, gymnastics or tumbling classes. As students progress through each level, curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.
