Girls second grade & up

Here your gymnast will be introduced to the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women's olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor). We also introduce conditioning which helps them to develop the strength necessary to perform the skills required at this level.

The girls who are 2nd Grade and up are divided into the following levels; STARBURSTS, FIRECRACKERS, ROCKETS, & DYNAMITES. These levels are meant to create a class that is both challenging and progressive for every student. After Dynamites our girls will head into the Nova Program.
