5:30p-6:30p, Thursday, every week
This is a beginner level tumbling and gymnastics class. The focus of the class will be basics including handstands, backbends. cartwheels, roundoffs, rolling and limbering. Students will also be introduced to gymnastics bars, balance beam and vault. The class will work on progressions that lead up to a front and back walkover. Students will advance to intermediate tumbling once they master the skill sets in this class. Training will be on spring floor and tumble trampoline, air floor and floor mat.
