5:30p-6:30p, Thursday, every week
This class is for all students ages 5 and up who want to learn the skills and progressions needed for gymnastics. Includes instruction in balance beam, uneven bars, floor exercise, tumbling, vault and trampoline. Students work their way up a skill chart and are moved up to the next level as they master each step. A leotard (no skirt attached, no tights) and a gym bag are needed. Students should bring a water bottle.
