5:30p-6:30p, Tuesday, every week

The Mommy and Me is a Class the is 30 mins once a week. This class requires that a parent assist and supervise their child in the class at all times. Under the insturction of a coach, children will use preschool-size equipment to learn basic motor movement and tumbling skills. Some of the tumbling skills taught are the bars, beam, floor and trampline. All skills willbe presented in a fun and age appropriate manner and in a safe environment.
