This class is ideal for gymnasts who have a solid foundation and are ready to build on their existing skills. Athletes should have strong cartwheels, general experience on all four events, and a working knowledge of basic gymnastics vocabulary. The focus will be on improving technique, learning new skills, and gaining strength and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment.
