Metro’s gymnastics classes teach your child drills and skills on all four of the gymnastics’ events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor (including the tumble trampoline). 

What should my child wear to gymnastics?

Girls:
Leotard or a one piece bathing suit.  T-shirts and shorts are allowed but shirt must be tucked into shorts.  Nothing on their feet. Long hair must be pulled back.

Boys:
Shorts and t-shirts, Nothing on their feet.

Please avoid oversized shirts and shorts.  No chewing gum allowed.  No jewelry allowed
