Welcome to an unforgettable summer of flips, fun, and friendship! Our Gymnastics Summer Camp is designed for girls ages 7–12, offering a perfect blend of skill development and classic camp excitement. Whether your gymnast is just starting out or is ready to take her skills to the next level, our qualified and caring coaches provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment for every camper to shine.

What Campers Will Experience

• Skill progression: Gymnasts are grouped by age and skill level to receive tailored instruction. Campers will spend their days rotating through various apparatuses, including the floor, vault, beam, and bars. They will work on fundamental skills like cartwheels and handstands, as well as more advanced moves such as walkovers and handsprings.
• Confidence and resilience: Mastering new skills and overcoming challenges helps build confidence and resilience that extends beyond the gym. Your child will learn to set goals and work toward achieving them in an encouraging atmosphere.
• Creative and fun activities: Beyond gymnastics, campers will enjoy a variety of engaging activities to foster friendships and team spirit. The week will also include fun camp games, creative crafts, and other non-gymnastics activities.
• Social skills: As a team-oriented program, our camp encourages girls to build friendships, cheer for their peers, and learn the value of communication and teamwork.

Day and Times Offered:
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday  9-3 pm Ages 7 -12 or enrolled in HOT SHOTS (see dates below).  Drop off in Metro East

Cost:
$200 for the full 3-day camp (best value!)
Individual drop-in days are also available for $85 per day.

Water Bottle (with name on it)

A light snack will be provided by Metro

Super Skills Camp is non-refundable.  Account credits will only be given if 24 hour notice is given.  Cancellations the day of will not receive a credit on account or refund.
