**This is a good class for Metro Gymnastics’ students that have had 4 months of gymnastics instruction. For those students that have never tried Aerial Silks, the Split Silks Level 1 Class will be an alternative class to our Hammock Program. No experience necessary or up to three (3) months of a Metro Aerial class**
