Athletes will work on skills performed in their routine with three instructors in the class. Stations will work on flexibility, ability to pull body positions correctly and stunting with coaches. This class is only being offered to athletes currently flying as we are working skills being perform in their current routine. Coaches approval for registration is required.
Classes are month to month - no long term contract. 30 days notice to drop a class - must be in writing (email info@phantomcheer.com) otherwise you are responsible for the tuition that month.
