ages 6 & up, must be able to throw a standing back handspring unassisted on the spring floor and a running round off back handspring unassisted on the spring floor to join this level.
Welcome to our Intermediate Back Handspring Tumble Class! This class is designed for athletes who have mastered an unassisted standing back handspring and a running round off back handspring. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a series of progressive drills and exercises to help you develop the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary for a successful back handspring. Athletes will focus on improving their back handspring technique.
In this class, you will learn proper body alignment, technique, and tumbling techniques to ensure your safety and progress. We will focus on building a strong foundation, mastering the basic elements of a back handspring, and gradually advancing to more complex skills. Athlete will work on standing back handspring series, front handsprings, and running round off back handspring series.

Classes are month to month - no long term contract. 30 days notice to drop a class - must be in writing (email info@phantomcheer.com) otherwise you are responsible for the tuition that month.
