Welcome to our Back Handspring Tumble 1.5 Class! This class is designed for athletes who are interested in learning and improving their back handspring technique. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a series of progressive drills and exercises to help you develop the strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary for a successful back handspring.

In this class, you will learn proper body alignment, technique, and spotting techniques to ensure your safety and progress. We will focus on building a strong foundation, mastering the basic elements of a back handspring, and advance to more running back handspring skills.

If you're a beginner looking to master your first back handspring - this class is for you! Join us and unlock your potential in a fun and supportive environment. Athlete will work on standing back handsprings on the spring floor, and work on running round off back handspring.

Classes are month to month - no long term contract.  30 days notice to drop a class - must be in writing (email info@phantomcheer.com) otherwise you are responsible for the tuition that month.
