Girls Traditional Gymnastics Ages 4-7: Monday 1010-11am

Traditional Girls Gymnastics class focuses on bars, beam, floor exercise, and vault. This program is only located at our Emporia location. This is a recreational program designed to teach fundamental gymnastics skills on all apparatus. Skills can progress on an individual level as an athlete becomes more advanced. This class is on Mondays from 5-6pm
