Birthday Party Terms & Conditions Part 1 

I agree to each of the following: 

• I am making an initial payment of $175.00 today.   
• I will be contacted within 72 hours to set up the second payment.   
• I have the following two options with my second payment. 
• Option 1:  Set up a card for auto-draft in my Snap account.  The second payment will then be automatically processed 10 days prior to the party. 
• Option 2:  Pay the remaining balance upon the follow up phone call and receive a $15.00 discount.

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions Part 2

I agree to each of the following: 

• I have reviewed that my birthday party date, time, and location are correct. 
• I understand party options are based on the duration of my party, the number of children I will have on the floor, and directly correspond with the cost of my party. If my party will have over 25 children attending, I must notify the office with a minimum of 10-day notice. 
• I understand that each additional child who attends the party over the first 15 will have an additional cost, and the payment for additional children will be due the day of the party. (Based on the duration of the party in the table above.) 
• I also understand that if payment is not taken for additional children on the day of the party, my card on file will be charged the Monday following the party. 
• I understand my birthday party fee is refundable or transferable with a minimum of a 30 day notice.

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions Part 3 

• I understand that I may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of my party to drop off my belongings in the temporary staging area. 
• I understand that the first 90 minutes of the party will be split into 5 18-minute rotations.  
• I understand that the private party room is the area where we may have our refreshments. 
• I understand that I will have access to my private party room 1 hour into my party which gives me 30 minutes to set up before my guest enter.  
• I understand that for the last 30 minutes of my party we remain in the private party room for refreshments and/or opening presents.  
• I understand I am responsible for making sure that each parent or guardian has signed the consent form for their child(ren) to participate.  
• I understand any child or adult without a signed consent form will not be allowed on the floor.  
• I understand I can request coaches, but their availability is not guaranteed. I understand all requests are on a first come, first serve basis. 
• I understand the required attire for the Ninja Course is rubber soled tennis shoes and athletic attire. Without proper attire participants may not be able to participate in all activities.
