Payments & Booking

• A $175 initial payment is required at booking.
• You will be contacted within 72 hours to set up the second payment.

Second Payment Options:

• Option 1: Add a card to your Snap account for auto-draft; remaining balance is charged 10 days before the party.
• Option 2: Pay the remaining balance during the follow-up call and receive a $15 discount.

Standard party price: $365 total (2 hours, up to 15 children).

Additional children over 15 cost $20 each.

Guest Count & Fees

• Party options and pricing are based on number of children participating on the floor on the floor.
• Payment for extra children is due on the party day; if unpaid, your card on file will be charged the following Monday.
• Party fees are refundable with at least 30 days' notice.

Party Day Details

• You may arrive 15 minutes early to drop off belongings at your staging table.
• The first 90 minutes consist of five 18-minute activity rotations.
• Refreshments must be kept on your staging table or in our fridge and freezer room until party room is ready.
• You gain access to the party room at beginning of the 4th rotation which is 1 hour into the party, giving you 30 minutes to set up.
• The final 30 minutes take place in the private party room for refreshments and/or presents.

Safety & Participation

• Parents/guardians/grandparents must sign a consent form for each child and adult that enters the facility.
• A QR code and link will be sent to you after booking to share our online consent form with your guest.
• Coach requests may be made but are not guaranteed.
• Proper attire for the facility is required: rubber-soled tennis shoes and athletic clothing.
