Our Intermediate Tumbling Class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress to more advanced tumbling skills. This class builds on fundamental techniques while introducing power, control, and fluidity in tumbling passes.

Students will work on skills such as round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, and dive rolls while refining their technique for stronger, more controlled movements. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, strength, flexibility, and confidence to prepare athletes for advanced tumbling progressions.

Classes will include drills, stations, and spotting techniques to ensure safe skill development. Conditioning exercises will also be incorporated to build the necessary strength for explosive tumbling.

This class is perfect for athletes who have a solid foundation in beginner tumbling and are looking to advance their skills in a structured, supportive, and fun environment.

Prerequisites: Students should be able to perform a strong cartwheel, handstand, bridge kickover, and forward/backward rolls before enrolling in this class.
