In our advanced classes, the gymnasts will learn the most difficult skills within the Rec Program. The gymnastics skills taught in this level will be even more challenging than previous levels. The previous level's drills and progressions will become the basic warm-ups on events.  This level will take many of the drills from previous lessons and upgrade the skills.  Some of the skills that the athletes will learn in this level are back and front handsprings, back and front flips, kip drills, leaps, jumps, and more. Compared to USAG level 3

3 classes per week - $160.00/month
