Adult class is held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

Cost: $20/day  -  Please enroll ahead of time.

First class is free! Just come on in, no need to sign up ahead of time!

This class is mainly an open gym, but we have  coaches there to help you with anything you want to learn.

If you are over 21, you are required to purchase your own insurance through AAU. Here is the link:
