Buy a punch card for $225 for 10 classes and come as often as you'd like. 11th class is free! Please see office for details. We accept Cash, Card and Venmo.

This class is mainly an open gym, but we have coaches there to help you with anything you want to learn.

If you are over 21, you are required to purchase your own insurance through AAU (https://www.aausports.org). The cost is $30/year.
1. Go to AAU membership and log in or create an account.
2. Choose “New Membership,” select “Adult Athlete” and pick “Gymnastics.”
3. Select the Regular coverage option ($30 for gymnastics) and complete payment.
4. Complete the required background screening (mandatory for all adult memberships).
5. Once approved, print your insurance certificate via the Insurance tab under “Issued Third Party Certificates.”
6. Please print out your confirmation and bring it with you.
