Backhandspring Clinic (Ages 5-13) 

Focus: Progressive drills to build strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness for backhandsprings and backtucks.

Requirements: Must be able to perform a cartwheel and a roundoff.  

Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Cost: $35 per child 

Location: Metro East

Note: Open to all; no program enrollment required. Signed waiver is required for each participant.
