Level 1 Aerial Silks is a very beginning level of understanding split silks.
This class is physically more challenging than our hammock classes which is why hammock is recommended first. If your child has had 6 months of consistent Metro gymnastics training, less than 4 mos of aerial split silks training, this class is for them!
Level 1 focuses on foundations and terminology to set the student up for success for Level 2 split silks.
