5:30p-6:30p, Tuesday, every week
ages 8 & up, must be able to throw and land at least 10 standing tucks during warmups, must be able to throw standing back handspring tucks, must be able to throw a series to a tuck - all athletes must have coach’s recommendation to join class. Athletes will work on standing two to layout/full, running series to layouts, and running series to full twists.
Classes are month to month - no long term contract. 30 days notice to drop a class - and must be submitted in writing using this form: Drop Class Request – 30 Day Notice. Without proper notice, you will be responsible for the tuition for that month.
