6:10p-8p, Monday, every week

Traditional Girls Gymnastics class focuses on bars, beam, floor exercise, and vault. This program is only located at our Emporia location. This is an advanced class that requires approval from the head coach. Gymnast must meet 1 of 4 criteria:

1) Preparing for EHS season

2) Have been in the Skywalkers recreational program for 2 years or more

3) Be at least 13 years old 

4) Must have 80% of Bronze skills: Vault - hurdle onto board and HS flatback to resi pit, Bars - pullover and BHC, Beam - jump, lever, and side HS dismount, Floor - CW, RO, and back roll
