Girls Level 1 is our entry class in to the sport of gymnastics! Through fun progressions and a positive environment, we level our students up while teaching them to have fun and love the sport at the same time. In gymnastics, they will practice Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor. We include some trampoline work for fun and air awareness, allowing your kids to progress on to our competitive team or just to improve overall fitness!
