This class is focus on a combination of dance technique with acrobatic elements & gymnastic floor work. You will focus on core strength, coordination, upper /lower body strength while performing acrobatic & aerial stunts alone or with a partner. Please wear leotard, leggings, shorts, tank top or shirt. You can go barre foot or use half socks. Hair must be in a ponytail.
