6 week session is hyper focused on the back handspring. Your athlete will learn everything they need to know about this skill through progressive shaping, technical drills and stability training and build on that knowledge each week. 

We will start with the very basics of the skill on week one and work our way toward performing the skill independently by the end of the session. 

Prerequisites - must have back walkover and other level 1 skills with the exception of front walkover
